Sewer Connection Application
The Town of Cajah's Mountain has laid sewer lines throughout the Town, offering many citizens access to sewer services. For citizens who currently have access but are not connected, please complete the Application for Sewer Connection and submit it with the $500 application fee to the Town Manager. The Town only accepts checks for the application fee.

Voluntary Annexation Form
The Town of Cajah's Mountain only considers properties that are adjacent to properties that are already within the municipal limits of Cajah's Mountain. Without a property tax these are the only properties allowed to annex in by North Carolina law. Please contact the Town Manager if you have questions about annexation. If you are able to annex into the Town, please fill out the Voluntary Annexation Form and submit to the Manager. The application must go through a review process that takes several months.
Zoning Permit Form
No structure can be erected within the Town Limits without a Zoning Permit. The Zoning Permit requires the approval of the Town Manager before any work may commence. The Manager signs off during normal hours of operation. Also, Zoning Permits are not valid unless it is approved by the Town Manager first.
